Today, I presented my PPT of China to class and we saw the presentation of Russia as well. Russia is a federal semi-presidential constitutional republic with fixed term for president. Vladimir Putin is the president. He is so powerful and popular among his people, so PPT maker didn't find any reasons that can throw him away. He even changed the constitution due to his huge power. China is a communist state which has only one government and dominated-party rule. Xi Jinping is the president, who is in his first term on second year. One term is 5 years. Li Keqiang is the prime minister who is in his first term on second year. For both president and prime minister, two terms are maximum. There is no impeachment in Chinese mainland because of the Socialism. But they have supervise system in the party. Hung Kong has Taiwan have impeachment system because they are capitalist governments.
