Mexico is a federal government since 1823. Enrique Pena Nieto is the president. One term is maximum. One term is 6 years. He has 2 children with two women. Because he changed education system, all teachers are trying to shut down the government. Now, Mexico is facing to lots of problem like poverty, inefficient education.

Brazil is a federal government. One term is 4 years. Two times re-elected. Dilma Rouseff is the first female president. Leadership can be changed by impeachment and electing another president. People like her very much.

Canada: Prime Minister has much more power than others. No fixed term for prime minister. Parliament may revoke its confidence. Cabinet and caucus can also change leadership.
